感恩节由来
17世纪，英国清教徒 (pilgrims) 不胜忍耐英国国内宗教虐待，乘着“蒲月花”号 (Mayflower) 船抵达美洲。在印第安人 (Indian) 的帮忙下，移民们学会了打猎、打鱼和种植玉米、南瓜等。到了冬天，他们获得了丰收，在欢庆丰收的日子，根据宗教传统风俗，移民规定了感激天主的日子，并决定为感激印第安人的热诚帮忙，邀请他们一同庆贺节日。
