1.Drive service improvement.

2.Advise on integrated talent management within assigned business unit, partnering with (Global Functional) People Leads, CoEs and People Services on practices and plans related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, early career programs, strategic talent reviews, career and succession planning, pipeline management, global mobility and capability programs.

6.Support Global Functional People Leads and CoEs with Executive Recruitment; works with Talent Lead on hiring, pipeline assessment, interviews and onboarding.

8.Partner with People Services to ensure that the Integrated Talent Management strategy is operationalized, processes and standards are maintained and to understand opportunities for continuous improvement (identified by People Services) that will drive service improvement.
